Enough Stock, LLC (“Enough Stock,” “we,” “us”) provides cross-channel inventory analytics software for e-commerce merchants. This policy explains what data we process, why, and how we protect it. Questions may be directed to privacy@enoughstock.com.

Who we are

Enough Stock is a Delaware limited liability company based in Brooklyn, New York, USA. We provide a dashboard that helps merchants understand inventory and sales across their sales channels.

Data we process

When a merchant connects a sales channel (such as TikTok Shop, Shopify, or Amazon) to Enough Stock, they authorize us, via the platform’s official API, to access their own store data. This typically includes product and SKU listings, inventory levels, and order quantities and status. From order records we retain only the fields required to compute sales velocity: SKU, quantity, order timestamp, and order status.

Data we do not collect

We do not collect or store end-consumer personal information such as buyer names, shipping addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or order messages. Where such fields are present in data returned by a platform API, they are discarded at the point of ingestion and are not persisted.

How we use data

We use the data we process solely to calculate inventory metrics (stock on hand, sales velocity, restock recommendations) and to display dashboards and reports to the authorizing merchant. We do not sell, rent, or share data with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not use data for advertising or profiling.

Where data is stored

All data is stored and processed in the United States. Our application is hosted on Vercel (US East region) and our database and authentication run on Neon (AWS us-east-1). Both are independently audited infrastructure providers.

How we protect data

We apply encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest (AES-256), multi-factor authentication on all critical systems, least-privilege access limited to essential personnel, and continuous dependency and infrastructure patching.

Data retention and deletion

We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the service. We delete partner-derived data upon termination of the merchant relationship, subject only to any legally required retention. Merchants and platforms may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data we hold at any time.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@enoughstock.com. We also assist sellers and platforms in fulfilling end-user data requests they relay to us.

Subprocessors

We use the following subprocessors to operate the service, all in US regions: Vercel (application hosting) and Neon (database and authentication).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
